1 to 6 months $595.00 per. month.
6 to 12 months$495.00 per. month.
12 + months $395.00 per. month.
Power is extra and is metered for monthly rates.

Power is metered for your use and requires a $100.00 power deposit
To receive the discounted rate for the 6+ month and/or 12+ month agreement first and last months fee is required.
30 day notice to use the last months fee is required. If your departure is before the agreed upon term, you forfeit your last month fee.
Final month power deposit will be used for power usage and any remaining will be refunded.
This is a quite peaceful and clean environment, and must remain as such. Respect for one another is of upmost importance.
