Monthly Rate: $600 per Month + Electric
Yearly Rate: $569 per Month + Electric
Van Life (Water only): $425 per month*no generators, solar only
*Water and Sewer Included in Price of Site*
*Electricity is Metered for Extended-Stay Sites*
Additional Information
Electric Deposit: Electricity is Metered, Requires a $150 Deposit. Deposit Will be Used to Cover Power Usage for Final Month, any Remaining Will be Refunded.
Yearly Rate: In Order to Receive the Discounted Yearly Rate, First and Last Month’s Fee is Required.
30 Day Notice: When Departing a Notice of at Least 30 Days is Required, Failure to do so Results in Forfeiture of Last Month’s Fee
Conduct: This is a quiet, peaceful, and clean environment. We expect guests to follow the guidelines, be respectful to other guests, and respect the campground rules.
*Rent is not prorated for less than monthly rate.
